Studio Bianchi may be our newest venture, but its roots run deep.
Community work has been part of the Bianchis Group story from day one. We've spent years supporting local people, projects and causes through hospitality.
Now, we've given that work a home and a name.
We believe hospitality can do more than serve meals.
Through food, media and partnerships we help raise funds, build skills, create opportunities and strengthen communities across Bristol.
We work alongside community organisations, creatives and hospitality to deliver fundraising events, storytelling and outreach with purpose.
What we do
Food for Good
Using food as a tool for connection through community meals, fundraising events, cookery workshops and collaborative supper clubs.
Storytelling
Sharing stories that inspire action through podcasts, film, photography and digital content that amplifies local voices.
Partnerships
Working alongside charities, schools, community groups and businesses to create meaningful projects with lasting impact.
Opportunities
Creating pathways for learning, confidence and personal growth through hospitality, media and community engagement.
Current projects
Felix road playground
'Young people attending Wavey Nights at Felix Road Adventure Playground will now be welcomed with freshly cooked meals thanks to a new partnership between Eastside Community Trust and Bianchi’s Food Group.'
Bristol Refugee Rights
We are currently developing partnership ideas that include creating a Refugee cookbook and hosting a Supper club run by BRR members and Bianchis Group restaurant management which would raise funds whilst giving members experience working in a professional hospitality environment.
Empire fighting chance
Having visited the gym just off the M32 we loved hearing about the extensive work they do with young people in the area. We then welcomed 10 of their young cohort along for a ice breaker cooking session. The cookery class was a hit and we are now looking to build on this with a bespoke course called 'Run your own pop up restaurant'.
